Refund Policy

At lumiraphos, we want you to feel confident about your investment in financial education. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fair practices while protecting the integrity of our programs. We've structured this policy to be straightforward — because complicated policies help no one.
Understanding Refund Eligibility
Refunds aren't always possible, but we've created reasonable windows where they make sense. The key factor is how much of the program you've accessed. Once you've started consuming course materials, the value has been delivered — much like you can't return a book after reading half of it.
Full Refund Period
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you've accessed less than 15% of course content. This gives you time to properly evaluate whether the program fits your needs without significant commitment.
Partial Refund Window
Between 15-30 days after purchase, partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis, typically 50% of the course fee if you've accessed less than 30% of materials.
Technical Issues
If platform problems prevent access to your course for more than 72 consecutive hours and we can't resolve them, you're eligible for a prorated refund regardless of the standard timeframe.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed courses, downloaded materials, one-on-one sessions that have occurred, and promotional discounted programs are generally not eligible for refunds after the initial 14-day period.
How to Request a Refund
We've kept the process simple. No need to jump through hoops or wait weeks for a response. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund:
Submit Your Request
Email info@lumiraphos.pro with your order number, registered email, and reason for the refund. Be specific — it helps us improve our programs and process your request faster.
Initial Review (24-48 Hours)
Our team reviews your request and checks your course progress. We'll respond within two business days, usually faster. If we need additional information, we'll ask specific questions.
Decision Notification
You'll receive a clear decision via email. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and offer alternatives like program transfers.
Processing Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but most people see the funds within 10 business days total.
Specific Refund Scenarios
Changed Your Mind Early
Purchased a course but realized it's not quite right? Within the first 14 days and minimal content access, we'll process a full refund. This happens more often than you'd think, and we don't take it personally.
Program Bundle Purchases
Bought a bundle of multiple courses? The 14-day window applies to the entire bundle, not individual courses. If you've completed one course in the bundle, the whole package becomes non-refundable.
Subscription Services
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but refunds only apply to the current billing cycle if requested within 7 days of charge and minimal platform usage that month.
Event Registration
Live workshops and webinars have different rules. Cancel more than 30 days before the event for a full refund. Between 15-30 days, you'll receive a 50% refund. Less than 15 days before, we can't offer refunds but will provide event recordings.
Dissatisfaction with Content
Content quality concerns are valid refund reasons within the eligible timeframe. We need specific feedback about what didn't meet expectations — vague dissatisfaction doesn't help us improve or process your request fairly.
Payment Method & Processing
Refunds always go back to your original payment method. We can't split refunds across multiple payment sources or redirect to different accounts — banking regulations, not our preference.
Important Processing Notes
- Processing times start after we approve your refund, not from your initial request
- International payments may take longer due to bank intermediaries and currency conversion
- Promotional credit or gift card purchases are refunded as platform credit, not cash
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable
- If your payment method is expired or closed, contact us for alternative arrangements
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Life happens. We get it. Medical emergencies, family situations, unexpected job relocations — sometimes circumstances genuinely prevent course completion. While we can't offer refunds outside our standard policy, we can usually arrange program transfers or extended access.

Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you can request a secondary review. Email us within 14 days of the initial decision with any additional information you'd like considered. A different team member will review your case.
We aim to resolve disputes fairly and quickly. Most secondary reviews are completed within 5 business days. Our decisions in the secondary review process are final.
